Norwalk, Connecticut, August 4, 2019 -- Juice Bar EV (, one of the country’s leading manufacturers of EV charging stations for public and private use, announced that veteran EV executive Don MacNeil has joined it as Chief Sales Officer.

MacNeil joins the company from SemaConnect where he served as Director of National Sales for close to 7 years. Earlier in his career MacNeil was a pioneer of Tesla’s Northeast regional marketing operation.

MacNeil will be joined by another industry veteran, Lauren Demko, until now SemaConnect’s VIP Account Manager and Onboarding Specialist who has been a customer service manager for five years.

“We are delighted to have Don and Lauren join us at this pivotal moment in our industry’s growth trajectory,” said Paul Vosper, CEO of Oasis Charger Corporation which does business in the United States as Juice Bar EV. “Don’s experience as a leader in nationwide EV expansion will help us bring our new generation of chargers to property owners who are hungry for a reliable, sturdy, and low-cost charging solution, while Lauren has a national reputation for quality customer service.”

Juice Bar EV chargers have been installed in commercial properties in 73 cities and towns in the US and Canada.

The company’s signature design can be found at real estate managed by Gerald Hines, Tishman Speyer, Brookfield, Cushman Wakefield and JLL; universities including Harvard, MIT and Stamford; hospitals like Mt. Sinai; corporations including Google, American Express and Linkedin; retail venues like Newman’s Own; and destinations like the Oakland Coliseum, Golden Gate and other national parks.

“As the EV market has matured, EV customers have come to demand ease of use, minimal maintenance, and flexible billing options for both building owners and customers,” MacNeil said. “I joined Juice Bar EV because of the company’s single-minded dedication to meeting customer demands.”

Vosper noted that in his prior industry roles MacNeil focused on recruiting and training sales teams that were introducing customers to EV charging for the first time. “Today the marketplace is more sophisticated,” Vosper said.

“The question is no longer whether to install an EV charger but rather how to choose among the options and find the charger that meets your needs. We have already developed a number of creative technology and financing solutions for our clients and look forward to Don leading our effort to be ever more responsive to customer needs.”

Don will be based out of the company’s East Hartford, Connecticut office where it maintains a laboratory, assembly and distribution location. The company’s headquarters is in Norwalk, Connecticut.
